Meet the Team

Ellen is presently a member of the English faculty at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates. She is a doctoral candidate in TESOL, cognate technology, at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds an MA in Leadership from McGill University.  She has over 25 years experience with second language learners both as an educator and administrator in North America and the Middle East.

They have been involved in all stages of program development: the proposal, implementation, and the continued integration of digital tools in the curriculum. The Higher Colleges of Technology was part of a country-wide initiative to implement iPads across the curriculum at the tertiary level three years ago.
